This fun, sweaty class features combination kicks and punches all set to heart pumping music. Class also includes bag work, weight training for upper and lower body as well as abs.

The emphasis is on the core along with abs, obliques, quads, hamstrings and glutes in this intense conditioning class. We use a variety of dumbbells as well as body bars and ankle weights.

Learn proper boxing technique in a fun way as you bob, weave, slip and duck your way to amazing fitness! You will learn how throw jabs, crosses, hooks and uppercuts along with foot work and combinations. Bag and mitt work, weights and abs  Every class also incorporates weights and abs.
