Susan may i say Kudos to you, and tracey, What a great great workout, I told jen But i wanted to tell you myself,I just love it, Ive never sweat so much, and im not bored, and the best everytime i do it, its a challange, im still trying to do the knee,roundhouse and kick, i keep screwing that up,lol and thats a good thing, i sure hope you make more, maybe with hubby or with tracey, or yourself, just make more,lol

LOVE this workout! I've done all but the bag work and floor core work (due to time constraints), but have previewed all.
I love the variety, the smooth transitions, the pacing (fast punches, yay!).
Please do make more, I'll preorder now! LOL!
A couple of suggestions: some of the close-up shots in the warm-up are hard to watch (the extreme close-ups that don't show the moves much, and the regular closeups when you are doing boxer shuffles--they make me dizzy!).

I finally tried the entire core section, and it's now my favorite core workout! I'd skipped the floor part of it previously for time constraints, and because frankly I'm bored by many floor core/ab workouts, but I was not at all bored by this one! A great selection of moves that all packed a punch, and I had core DOMS (which I rarely have) for a few days afterwards!

I'm so happy that you liked the floor work. On Monday, Sharon (who is in the video with me)did the floor segment with one of our Tae Kwon Do Instructors and they were both experiencing major muscle soreness yesterday!
